The Actor's Creative workshop is dedicated to helping each actor GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL. The school offers a wide variety of classes that focus on specific areas of study, giving students many opportunities for growth. Our staff consists of highly-qualified industry professionals that have worked both in front of and behind the camera, with an actor's perspective on the business.

Founded in the Spring of 2004, ACW's mission is to create a community of actors who work together to improve their art and careers by providing quality acting classes and fostering collaboration with filmmakers.

Classes sizes are limited, ensuring you personal attention.

At ACW, we believe in fostering the growth of our students in both their art and careers. We are led by two guiding principles: Integrity and Passion.

With coaches from major networks and innovative approaches to working in Hollywood, ACW is quickly becoming the "place to be" for LA's performers.

ACW POLICIES:

Each staff member at ACW gives its students 100% of their energy, experience and passion -- and expect our actors to put the same effort into improving their craft!

Here are some basic guidelines for the school:

PAYMENT POLICIES:
* Deposits are due before class at the first class of every session. Late fees will be applied. Payment plans are also available upon special request.
* There are no exchanges or refunds for missed sessions.
* Refunds prior to a session are at the discretion of ACW.
* As a courtesy to actors returning for an additional session, we will officially add them to the roster without securing prior payment. Money will be due by the night of the first class. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to class. Actors will be held financially accountable to their commitment once they are confirmed via email.

ATTENDANCE POLICIES:
* Make-up classes will be allowed ONLY when deemed an excused absence: illness or working in the industry during class (does not apply to 'extra work'). This is at the discrepancy of ACW.
* To make-up their absence, actors will be given a voucher to attend any ACW class within 6 months from the absence.
* Actors must contact us within 24 hours to inform the coach of their absence. If this is not adhered to, actors will not receive a voucher.
* Actors will only be allowed 2 vouchers in any 4 or 6 week session.

VOUCHER POLICIES:
* Vouchers do not hold cash value. They are certificates to attend one night of a class in exchange for a missed class and cannot be used as a discount for any class.
* To redeem vouchers, actors must reserve a space 2 days prior to class. Subject to availability. Class options are available online at www.acwclasses.com.
* Failure to attend on a day that is confirmed will result in a forfeit of the voucher.
* No more than 2 vouchers can be used in one particular class session.
* Voucher lists are kept on file at ACW for 6 months.  Failure to use the vouchers within this time will result in a forfeit of the voucher.
